I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

YOU’RE READING the wrong book if you have this attitude: “I don’t want to be the first of anything new. I’ll get all the sh**.”
To differentiate yourself, be the one to initiate, not the one who waits. You cannot hesitate, waiting until you feel fully confident. You have to act on things now. You can’t hold back on having an amiable temperament until the stars align and everything is all of a sudden going your way—it will never happen. You can’t hold off on learning more because it’s not immediately necessary. You can’t wait for a good chance to make the first move. You have to be the example for others. You can’t wait to be told what, why, when, or how to do things. You have to take the initiative to figure it out, ...
