It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Article 31A (1) saves (protects) laws providing for the acquisition of estate, by the state, of any or other intermediary interest in the land against challenge on the ground of alleged infringement of Article 14 and Article 19. |
| The protection of this article shall not apply where such a law is made by the legislature of a state and unless such law, having been required for the consideration of the President, has received his assent. |
