I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

However, if you intend to convert an entire U.S. customary formula using 32 ounces of liquid to a metric formula using 1 liter, or vice versa, use the compound equivalents following these tables. To convert an individual measure, use the direct equivalents.

- 1 pound=16 ounces
- 1 pound=7000 grains
- 1 pound=453.6 grams
- 1 ounce=0.0625 pounds
- 1 ounce=437.5 grains
- 1 ounce=28.35 grams
- 1 grain=0.0648 grams
U.s. Customary Liquid Measures
- 1 gallon=4 quarts
- 1 gallon=128 fl oz
- 1 gallon=1024 fl drams
