The four sections in this chapter reflect decisions made to include these topics in the CMI CMBoK. None of these topics is the particular responsibility of a change manager (more than any other manager), and no specialist knowledge is expected. However, a ʻblind spotʼ regarding any of them, and failure to seek appropriate specialist support at the right time, could derail a change initiative.
