We have applied a uniform format for consistency of presentation and obtained content from the funding source and, in some cases, from their portfolio company; the case is written from the lender’s/investor’s voice unless otherwise indicated. There are 20 case studies in total. When the information was available we have provided a profile of the investor/lender, a profile of the case, insight into the investor or lender’s strategy and analysis, summary financial information, transaction details, post-transaction issues, lessons learned, and background about the contributor.
