This directory section provides only a partial list of the sources available—there are literally thousands. We developed our list and database by reaching out to a long list of potential participants and inviting them to provide information about their firms specifically for this book; about 500 companies responded. In addition, we researched and added listings that we believe may be of value to the readers.
