Before you start to engage with the press, you need to get together an attention grabbing overview of your game. The purpose of this is to sell your game to the press and game players alike; it should include the various aspects that make your game special Detail what makes your game stand out, why they should play it and what they should expect. It is a good idea to keep the tone more conversational than corporate—you are an indie developer, so show the love for your game.
