I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
In years to come, people should be able to look back at 2020 and say it was the year that changed everything. There’s no doubt it will hold more than the usual memories. It was a vivid experience, where everything became heightened and exaggerated. If there was ever a time when leadership could be seen and assessed, this was it. Better than any MBA or training course, at both individual and group level, this was leadership put to the test repeatedly and relentlessly.
