I once saw an unusual dedication in a book that read, “To my three small children, without whom I would have finished this book two years earlier.” For me, it is like this: without the help of a number of people, I would not have finished my contribution to this book for two more years.

Writing a book, or even just half a book, as I have done, is not an easy job for a layman like myself. I admire those who can put together several volumes of outstanding work with ease.
