Strategy is a carefully developed plan for running an enterprise in order to achieve one or more goals. Your strategy allows you to bring your products or services to market. It is important to understand how to do market and industry research, position your offering, and communicate your core value proposition. Your strategy should include understanding finance, the order of operations for seeking finance, available security structure options, and how to find the right investors.
