CHAPTER 6 How Science Preserves Truth; The Editor As a Gatekeeper of Truth
There is one book (Fyfe et al 2022) that offers a 350-year (1665 to 2015) look back at the history of science publishing and which I have reviewed (Helliwell 2023). I opened my book review with the following comments:
