So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Pre-Labeling Blank Tapes
Before your shoot, you also want to take a little time to pre-label and organize your blank tapes. Once the action is unfolding this little task can easily be screwed up or left undone. This is especially important if you have multiple cameras and shooters. Each camera should have a separate set of pre-labeled blank tapes and each tape should have its own unique number and label that identifies the program, sequence title, and other info that will help with post-production.
