But it is just as important to keep an open mind as various unexpected opportunities will appear along your journey. And though they may not always seem like a logical choice at first, take some time to reflect as you may be surprised at what skills and knowledge you can transfer over into a role or industry that you didn't previously consider.

It will teach you how to take action and understand when the right time is to make a leap to a new job or a career pivot if you are looking for something different. Know that you have the power to shift where you are headed. We will also help guide you on a path to becoming more visible in your professional life.
Being a Trailblazer
What does it mean to be a trailblazer? I was first called a trailblazer when I participated in the Advertising Club of New York's i'mPART Women Fellowship in 2018. This is an incredible year‐long executive and leadership training program designed specifically for mid‐level rising female stars in the industry. When I heard my mentor, Ericka Riggs, say that I was a trailblazer, I did not believe it myself until I started thinking about what a trailblazer is and what they do.
