Chapter 3. Getting Around Installation Issues
In our last two chapters, we gained a basic knowledge of the Citrix XenDesktop architecture and the toolkit required to build a strong foundation for troubleshooting. We are now good to get started with troubleshooting different issues arising in the XenDesktop environment. We will start from the basics by troubleshooting the common issues that every administrator might face while installing and configuring Citrix XenDesktop for the first time.
In this chapter, we will cover the following topics:
- Dealing with prerequisite issues
- Overcoming database service account issues
- Taming licensing issues
- Getting around site creation issues
