So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using Print Detective and StressPrinters
Troubleshooting printing problems can become a headache if we are not using the right set of tools needed to diagnose the problem. Citrix has developed the Print Detective and StressPrinters tools to diagnose and resolve these issues.

Citrix recommends using Citrix universal printing and if the print policies and Citrix universal printing are configured optimally, you won't have any major issues in your XenDesktop environment.
