I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Puppet has become a very popular configuration management tool. This is great news if you are having problems. There are a lot of other people who use Puppet and who can help you. Finding people who can help is a challenge. The ideas in this chapter should point you in the right direction so that you can get some traction while solving your issues.
If you still cannot find anyone who can solve your issues, I suggest broadening your search to include other configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, and Salt.
