When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Partie I. Bases fonctionnelles
La programmation fonctionnelle n'est pas plus compliquée que la programmation orientée objet avec son style de codage essentiellement impératif. Il s'agit simplement d'une manière différente d'aborder les mêmes problèmes. Chaque problème que tu peux résoudre de manière impérative peut également être résolu de manière fonctionnelle.
Les mathématiques constituent la base de la programmation fonctionnelle, ce qui la rend plus difficile à aborder qu'une mentalité orientée objet. Mais tout comme l'apprentissage d'une nouvelle langue étrangère, les similitudes et les racines communes deviennent plus visibles au fil du temps jusqu'à ce que le déclic se produise.
Tu peux mettre en œuvre presque tous les concepts à venir sans expression lambda Java. Par rapport à d'autres langages, cependant, le résultat ne sera pas aussi élégant et concis. Les outils fonctionnels disponibles en Java permettent à tes mises en œuvre de ces concepts et idiomes fonctionnels d'être moins verbeuses et plus concises et efficaces.
