Guiding Principles

Your journey of unleashing your Inner Leader will help you find inspiration. Inspiration comes in many forms and the most powerful is in the form of a story. The inspirational stories are divided into four chapters, the first of which is “Guiding Principles.”

One guiding principle is to live with intention. “If you want to go far, go together” is the guiding principle that says that team is the most important element of success. Understanding people and building relationships by leveraging your strengths is a guiding principle.

Sometimes, what got you to your current success will not get you to future success. Taking small steps to move you toward your goal is what helps give you the courage to keep going. Making a failure and learning from it can lead to success.

Procrastination of decision making means that you can miss out on life's opportunities. Conversely, hitting the pause button to make sure that your decisions align with your values is a guiding principle. Inspirational quotes from famous people can be the words to remind you of your guiding principle. Being true to your values and never selling out is the way to make the right decision.
