More Controls
After reading this chapter you will be able to use the following controls effectively: timer, picture-box, group-box, combo-box, horizontal scrollbar, vertical scrollbar, progress-bar, track-bar, and numeric-up-down (or spin control). You will also be able to place the controls on a form with precision.
8.1 MORE CONTROLS FROM TOOLBOX
Hitherto, we have used the following controls: button, label, text-box, option-button, list-box, and check-box. In this chapter we will use the following controls: timer, picture-box, group-box, combo-box, horizontal scrollbar, vertical scrollbar, track-bar, progress-bar, and numeric-up-down (or spin control). Corresponding tools for these controls are available on the Toolbox.
