So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Reason for This Book
It was early on a Saturday morning before the rest of my family was awake, but late enough that the sun was streaming through the windows of our home high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. In this season I had gotten into a habit of taking these mornings to ponder my own life lessons and impart them to some of my adult children. This particular morning, following some deep conversations over the previous week with high-profile influencers on my podcast, I was simply thinking past the normal platitudes of self-help and thinking about what I really wanted for my kids.
