When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Getting ready
If you are not a licensed user of BlackLight, you can request a trial licence on the BlackBag website. Use the REQUEST TRIAL button on the BlackLight page, fill in your personal information, such as first and last names, phone number, city, email, and so on, and click on SUBMIT. You'll get your trial key and product download links via email, so make sure you have submitted your real email, ideally a government or business one.
Now you need to get a folder with Firefox files for analysis. If you have a Windows XP system, look here:
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\
If you are dealing with a Windows Vista system (or later), look here:
C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\%PROFILE%.default ...
