Chances are that if you are using Visual Basic .NET to create Windows applications, you have a background in Visual Basic 6.0 or earlier. And if you have read the rest of the book, you have learned that things look very familiar—on the surface. However, lurking just beneath the design surface are a bevy of fundamental changes to the way your application is built, managed, and coded. This appendix summarizes those changes.
