I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
JOHN P. KOTTER is a New York Times best-selling author, award-winning business and management thought leader, business entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and Harvard professor.
Professor Kotter became a member of the Harvard Business School faculty in 1972. By 1980, at the age of 33, he was given tenure and a full professorship—the youngest person ever to have received that award at the Business School. Over the past thirty years, his articles in Harvard Business Review have sold millions of reprints. Most recently, his HBR article “Accelerate!” won the 2012 McKinsey Award for the world’s most practical and groundbreaking thinking in the business/management arena.
