You will discover how to integrate ChatGPT into every stage of a predictive project management approach. This will improve efficiency, quality, and reliability within each phase (see Figure 3.1).

A process diagram depicts the benefits management plan. Initiating represents the development of a project charter. Planning represents the development of a project management plan. Executing represents directing and managing project work. Monitoring and controlling represents monitoring and controlling project work. Closing represents the closed project.
