Imagine you're building a house. You need a solid foundation, sturdy walls, a roof, and various systems like plumbing and electricity to make it functional and comfortable.

Let's break down the AI marketecture into simple, relatable components that will help you lead your organization into the AI‐first future.

Data: The Foundation

Think of data as the foundation of your AI house. Just like a house needs a strong foundation to stand, AI needs quality data to function effectively.

  • What it means for you: Ensure you're collecting relevant, high‐quality data. This could be customer information, sales figures, or any other data specific to your business.
  • Practical tip: Start by auditing your current data. Is it accurate? Up‐to‐date? Relevant to your goals? Clean up your data before diving into AI projects.

AI Infrastructure: The Frame and Utilities

If data is the foundation, AI infrastructure is the frame and utilities of your house. It's the hardware and software that makes AI possible.
