The term exponential is frequently used in the tech world, but it truly captures the essence of our times: a period of relentless, accelerating change. This exponential growth isn't confined to a few select areas but permeates nearly every industry and aspect of our lives. As we enter what I call the exponential baby era, understanding and adapting to these rapid changes becomes crucial for businesses and individuals alike.

My favorite quote comes from Alice in Wonderland where Alice comments that she has to run twice as fast just to stay in place. Talking to leaders all over the world, and hosting roundtables with teams, Alice's feeling is mild compared to the change that everyone is feeling today.

What's driving this change?
