A variety of factors affect an organization’s AI capabilities and success that don’t involve technology or even data. Leadership, culture, attitudes, and skills are human attributes that affect AI as much as or more than any other aspect of a company. If we were predicting whether a company would become AI powered using a machine learning model, these features would be highly influential in our model.
