I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
This chapter was about understanding different parts of our project and how they work together as a whole to investigate selected news and articles.
We saw how to bootstrap our project, how to define a root component, and how to put it in charge of controlling other components including the navigation component. We then saw how to use the Angular router module to set up a dynamic navigation system for a SPA - Single Page Application. Later, we learned about the difference between directives and components and we saw how to implement property binding to pass data from the component to DOM.
In the next chapter, we will start implementing the required business logic and services for the Collector component.
