Summary
This chapter guided us through how to build the Process Services modules ProcessServices-OrderHandling and ProcessServices-CustomerInterfaceManagement and the associated businesses processes (BPELs). While we built these BPELs, we accommodated the business, technical, and NFRs including fault handling, human task management, data mappings, and so on. We will see how they deal with various implementation issues and the design decisions they make appropriately.
