So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

United States Averages for Software Productivity and Quality
The first version of Applied Software Measurement was published in 1991, and was based primarily on data gathered between the years 1985 and 1990, although it included older data too. The second edition of the book was published in 1996, and so was able to include almost five years of new findings. More than 2,000 new software projects were analyzed by the author and his company between 1991 and 1996.
