So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

“Building the right thing” and “building the thing right” both require designing, building, and evolving adaptive, socio-technical systems that are optimized for a fast flow of value and early feedback. To “build the right thing,” it is critical to start from the user perspective.
