So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Implementing Flow Optimization
The previous chapter assessed the status quo and designed the ideal future of a legacy system—an online school solution for junior students. This chapter focuses on the transition toward the ideal future in small increments and iterations. Although the practices discussed in this chapter are based on the online school example, it is worth noting that there is no one-size-fits-all recipe for optimizing flow. What works in this context might not translate exactly in other settings.
