TRY THIS: Which competencies will you need?

Have a look at the role you are pursuing and, from the list of competency definitions, try to identify the typical competencies that may apply. Be careful not to say that they all apply – although they may to a greater or lesser extent, the organization will be looking at the ones that have the greatest impact on the role and are essential for successful completion of tasks. Consider the key competencies that will help you achieve success in the role and record your answers in the table below.
