I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Before you start writing a report, it is fairly necessary to understand the technical capabilities and goals of your audience in order to accomplish a successful presentation. The reality of this industry is that there are not many people with true technical knowledge and skills, so you have to tweak the material according to your audience or otherwise you will face a negative reaction. Your key task is to make your client understand the potential risk factors surrounding their network infrastructure.
