It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Chapter 3 looked at different development processes and frameworks. Our experience is that there has been a great deal of improvement in projects over the last few years. To be more specific, we’ve seen the agile movement make an impact on how projects deliver business value.
