So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Mary, a student, logs on to the SRS.
She indicates that she wants to drop ART 222, Section 1.
ART 222, Section 1 is removed from Mary's course load.
The system determines that Joe, another student, is waitlisted for this section.
The section is added to Joe's current course load.
An email is sent to Joe notifying him that ART 222 has been added to his course load.
