BRM RESEARCH SUMMARY
PMI commissioned two pieces of research by some of the world's leading thinkers and knowledge sources on benefits management/benefits realization. The aim was to aid and provide foresight and understanding for the development of this practice guide.
The first study provided a unified view of benefits management/benefits realization management to be integrated into PMI standards’ and the second study looked at measures for benefits realization.
This appendix provides a summary of those two bodies of work.
