Acknowledgments

After writing seven acknowledgment pages for my previous books, I find myself in the unique position of having a new publisher. What a great privilege and honor it is to be included on the Wiley team of authors.

That said, with a new publisher comes a new team of professional literary nerds, such as me, whose passion for the books they publish rivals mine at times. Let it be known that these people love what they do.

The Wiley team is headed by Shannon Vargo, whose travel schedule may give mine a run for the money. It should be noted that my good friend and now fellow Wiley author, Ben Utecht, introduced Shannon to me in the fall of 2024.

It is a blessing that Shannon had the vision and saw potential in my work, which ultimately brought me to type these words. While her name undoubtedly appears in the acknowledgment section of hundreds of books, I am most grateful for her appearance in this book.

Additionally, a team of three editors has been assigned to this project. I am assured that it is not because I am higher maintenance than other authors but because it is just how they take care of their authors. For now, I choose to believe that.

Alison Bohn heads the editorial team. Alison gets me! Her gentle spirit, that of a saint, comes to life with a fiery passion when she talks about books. I am grateful for her drive to produce a game-changer book.
