RTTs. Tsunami uses rate control, allowing it to perform transfers without degradation with
increasing RTT, and multiple flows of Tsunami are not limited by socket buffer size, but by
disk read and write speed.
Figure 3.11 shows aggregated goodput of FDT over different emulated RTTs. As the
number of flows increase, degradation of goodput reduced with high RTT. Similar to HPN-
SSH, multiple FDT flows allow more aggregated buffer size, so that ...
