Abstract
The increasing challenges of color blindness around the world necessitate innovative solutions for people suffering from it. This research project focuses on the development of a web-based application using IoT and machine learning techniques to detect color blindness and provide a real-life experience to people suffering from it by offering a better view of pictures. The project centers on accurate blindness detection and allowing those with it to see pictures in the colors they can differentiate. Through the integration of computer vision algorithms and machine learning models, the collected data from people is being analyzed, and all necessary recommendations are being made. The resulting data is stored in a MongoDB database. A backend system, being developed using Python and web frameworks, retrieves the data from the database, provides suggestions, and displays the pictures in the application with the colors suggested through all the analysis. The frontend interface, developed using JavaScript, is the result shower of the picture and is used for testing color blindness. The project’s applications include detecting color blindness, allowing people with color blindness to see things they could not earlier, enabling them to obtain a driving license in the best way possible, and promoting citizen engagement and awareness ...
