Service under test - DoctorService

For illustration purposes, we will consider DoctorService, which has these two APIs:

• getDoctorsBySpeciality (specialityCode: string): This API uses the HTTP service to retrieve doctors' information from the server, based on specialty
• getDoctorsCount(): This API retrieves the total doctors count

The following is the sample code for DoctorService representing the aforementioned APIs. We will write a couple of unit tests to test each of the APIs:
