In order to get set up with Mockito, one would require to put the following code within pom.xml:
<properties> <mockito.version>1.10.19</mockito.version></properties><dependency> <groupId>org.mockito</groupId> <artifactId>mockito-core</artifactId> <version>${mockito.version}</version></dependency>
One may want to note that when using Spring, one can include the following code in pom.xml that would mean inclusion of JUnit and a mocking framework such as Mockito:
<dependency> <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId> <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-test</artifactId> <scope>test</scope></dependency>
