So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Database per service
With this design, each service has its own database and the application is loosely coupled. Modifications in the database do not harm or break any other service and offer complete isolation. This design is good for deployment scenarios, as each service contains its own database deployed in its own container:
