I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4. Update .NET Core CLI
.NET Core CLI is also an important section in your .NET Core project file. When migrating, you have to upgrade the version of DotNetCliToolReference to 2.0.0, which is shown as follows:
<ItemGroup> <DotNetCliToolReference Include= "Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.CodeGeneration.Tools" Version="2.0.0" /> </ItemGroup>
There might be more tools added depending on whether you are using Entity Framework Core, User Secrets, and others. You have to update their versions.
