Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is an IP PBX that delivers enterprise-class telephony features and functions. CUCM offers interfaces that include Cisco Unified IP Phones, voice messaging (Cisco Unity Connection), presence (Cisco Unified IM Presence), interactive voice response (IVR), voice gateways, and other multimedia applications.
CUCM is the core of almost every Cisco Collaboration solution.
