I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The evolution which the Chinese economy has experienced in the past three decades is absolutely amazing for the whole world. In a country where Confucian thought has influenced the culture so much and is still so present today, women entrepreneurs are active in all sectors and represent a group that plays an important role in the development of this growing economy. This feminine entrepreneurial force constitutes a reality in China and the modern world because there are so many and because they have particular management and leadership styles, and this is something Western companies and executives cannot deny.
