So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Wie schreiben wir Code? Heutzutage nutzen wir dafür normalerweise eine IDE, in der wir in einer Schleife unsere Runden drehen:
- Wir schreiben ein Stückchen Code, lassen uns eventuell von einer KI dabei helfen.
- Wir kompilieren den Code und testen ihn.
- Wir beginnen wieder mit Schritt 1.
Ein solcher Durchlauf kann wenige Sekunden oder eine Stunde in Anspruch nehmen.
Aber das war nicht immer so. In der Anfangszeit der Programmierung sah der Prozess eher so aus:
- Wir haben mit Stift und Papier oder Schreibmaschine einen langen Codeabschnitt aufgeschrieben.
