I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
6 THE FUTURE OF CLEVER ORGANIZATIONS
WHAT WILL THE ORGANIZATIONS of the twenty-first century look like? The easy answer is that despite the traumas of the recent past, they will look very much like the organizations of the twentieth century. Organizations do not change overnight. But we believe that the years that follow will see subtle changes to the organizations that we know today. Not all organizations will change, of course. Some will remain obstinately the same. Over time, however, we believe those organizations will fade away. They will be overtaken and ultimately replaced by organizations that are fit for the new challenges of the clever economy.
