Conclusion

Instead of attempting to summarize the content of this book, I’ll attempt here to summarize my intent in writing the book.

My view is that our life is mostly about finding a way to contribute. Many of us have been deterred from this path early on in our lives. Additionally, some of us have concluded that it is not possible to contribute as we want to in business. Over more than a decade I have found this not to be the case.

In fact, this book is meant to answer the question, “How can I contribute?” It is by continually asking this question that our identity and competence as coaches will continue to unfold. Your openness to allowing this book to contribute to you is a gift to me and for that, I thank you.
