Having read this book, I trust you now have a better sense of what cognitive behavioural therapy is all about and how it might help you. CBT is by no means the only type of therapy out there, and it might not even be the best one for you. However, as a useful way of conceptualising many of the difficulties that we may face and offering a range of practical tools for addressing them, potentially it has a lot to offer most of us.
